Ken Tackett is a Texas based illustrator specializing in depictions of motherhood including pregnancy, birth, and breastfeeding.

Artist statement

My goal is to create a peerless collection of mother-baby art that not only displays a vibrant uniqueness in execution, but also shows motherhood beyond the pastel depictions that are all too common. I want to show the joy, exhaustion, surprises, drawbacks, serenity, chaos, and more within my works. I work to accomplish this by perfecting a unique style that incorporates inclusivity, body-positivity, and honesty.
